AEM/CQ5.6 Client Library not being recognised

Hi,

I have seen a consistent issue with CQ5.6 (AEM).

When I create a ClientLibraryFolder, it is not resolved using my <cq:includeClientLib /> directive in my components until after I restart CQ5

I have used this in CQ5.5 and it works without issue.  Are other people seeing this too?
