pie.htc is not working properly in IE8

clientlib css has pie.htc implementation and draws many blocks (curve).

Few css works in author but mostly not on publish.

Has anybody any experience working with pei.htc in CQ5?

If i add postion:relative and z-index 0...but again it's inconsistent.

i am aware about .htacccess but that's not relevant for me because I am running it on bundled CQ5.6.0 installation and not validating against apache.
