not able to access the login page for CQ5

I am seeing following error while starting the CQ5 instance. I have tried both from command line and from double clicking the jar file.

I am using 5.6 version of CQ5 and seeing following error while installing/starting CQ5. I was facing the same issue with 5.3 also. CRXDE Lite is accessible.

OS :

Error Code : 500

Error Message on the console.
