Creating Packages with Filters , Curl Command Line

Hello,

Is there a way to create a package with filter option using Curl Command Line, on an instance say , localhost:4502?

Given scenario would be to move packages, just content packages(say /content/ABC) from one instance to a different instance. I understand there is vault rcp, but wondering if there is a way to accomplish this using Curl.
